It is a good idea to create a “wedding email.” We have noticed this becoming quite popular over the years and think it is a great idea. Couples will put their names together to create an email address that they give to all the vendors, wedding email lists, signing up for wedding websites etc. There are lots of pros to this:
- You don’t have to worry about important wedding related emailed getting missed due to them being mixed in with all your normal emails.
- Both you and the groom can have the password so you can both access the email at any time so let’s say the bride has to go out of town for work the groom can get information if needed for a vendor.
- If you plan on having a wedding website for your guests to RSVP to it is way easier to have all those RSVP’s go to your wedding email to keep track of everyone.
- Once your wedding is over you won’t have the wedding websites you signed up for sending you emails in your normal inbox – you can just simply stop using the wedding email you made.
