We are pleased to announce that we have a new member of the Food and Beverage team in the restaurant.
Tom Lane is a 20 year Red Seal chef that has joined us and will be overseeing our restaurant culinary program.
Throughout his illustrious career, he has been able to work with some of our city’s most sought-after chefs, and we are very lucky to have acquired him onto an already stellar kitchen team.
Tom's experience in a variety of cooking styles made him our first choice to help add flavor and style to our menu. His tenure includes The Fish House in Stanley Park, Lumiere/Feenies and the Four Seasons Hotel.
Plans to re-invent our Morgans Restaurant and Wine Bar menu are underway, and we look forward to some of the new ideas, and flavors he will be able to incorporate into a menu with so many favorites.
