We overhauled our old tap system and have included a few more taps than we once had. We have included two new craft brew taps as well as our four new wine FreshTAPs. At FreshTAP, they believe that a wine should taste exactly as the winemaker intended.
Wine-on-tap reduces the cost of traditional bottle packaging and transportation. By eliminating this packaging (bottles, corks, capsules, labels and cases), there is a lot less to ship and recycle, lowering the carbon footprint of the wine and hospitality industries.
Wine-on-tap from stainless steel kegs provides a sustainable, environmentally friendly wine delivery system and FreshTAP enables the wine and hospitality industries access to this uniquely green category. In 2013, FreshTAP kegs removed over 260 tons of bottles from landfills.
What's on Tap?
On tap now is two offerings from Dirty Laundry Vineyard (Un-Oaked Chardonnay and a Cab-Merlot) and two offerings from C.C. Jentsch (The Quest - White and The Chase - Red) as well as Somersby Apple Cider and Brooklyn Brewing Sorachi Ace.
