Start your evening off on the right foot. Join us in Morgans Restaurant and Wine Bar for our 5-Course plated dinner before your festivities begin.
We will be offering one seating at 6:00 PM on Sunday, December 31st, 2023.
The cost is $140 per person, inclusive of taxes and gratuities plus you have the option to add on our wine pairings for the evening for an additional $35 per person.
Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferrable.

1st Course
Leek and Mushroom Croquette - gruyere, parmesan, panko, bacon cream
2nd Course
Pineapple Carpaccio - macerated pineapple, prosciutto, bocconcini, arugula, lemon vinaigrette, balsamic reduction, pink peppercorns
3rd Course
Sea Bass - pearl couscous, haricot vert, tomato, miso vinaigrette, sudachi beurre blanc, beluga caviar
4th Course
Lamb Rack - pistachio crusted, sweet potato puree, cider glazed carrots and parsnips, pomegranate demi
Dessert
Chocolate Genoise - chocolate panna cotta, hazelnut ganache, blackberry, raspberry mousse, tiramisu choux au craquelin.
